Why We Started
Care Home Support was founded by practitioners who spent years working within and alongside the CQC regulatory framework — as Registered Nanagers, Inspectors, and senior leaders in adult social care.
We saw first-hand how good care homes — with dedicated staff and genuine commitment to residents — could still struggle under the weight of regulatory pressure, documentation demands, and the anxiety of inspection. We knew there was a better way to support them.
Our mission is straightforward: give care home managers and providers the expert guidance, practical tools, and confident leadership they need to thrive — not just survive — under CQC scrutiny.
